for access to Madman #2 Server you need to be whitelisted. Please register here in forum and enter your Steam-ID in your personal profile. There are several ways to get your Stema-ID, use Google to find your best way.
The Steam-ID is part of your personal Steam-Link, looking like that:
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/765611XXXXXXXXXXX/home
with XXX some other numbers.
For me, the easiest way to get the Steam-ID is, to go in Steam, then go to "Steam" menu and there choose the "Preferences" menu. There you have to choose the "Interface" and in there make sure the "Display Steam URL address bar when available".
After that, select your username in steam and choose "Profile". There should be a link shown like
http://steamcommunity.com/id/765611XXXXXXXXXXX/
beneath the menu bar. Your Steam-ID is the 765611... Number, copy this value (only) in the profile field. Make sure there are no whitespaces etc in the copied value.
At this time, I have to whitelist you manual, so it can need up to 1 day, till your whitelisting is working.
