CPU Problem

Hey guys,

I have some problems with my CPU.
I'm running the MSI Z170A Gaming M7 mainboard with an Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4.000 GHz.

When I startup the pc, the bios output is like this:
Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4.000 GHz , CPU Speed is 8 x 100 MHz = 800 MHz

But it's not running proper. When i open bios, it says my CPU Speed is 0.800 MHz. All bios values stand more or less on the "Auto" value and I tried a lot, but I don't get any change. When i look pictures in i-net, all people have at CPU speed the value "4.000 GHz".

Here are some screenshots, how it looks in Windows 10:

Default task manager view:

CPUID CPU-Z MSI: CPU tab

CPUID CPU-Z MSI: Motherboard tab

CPUID CPU-Z MSI: Bench tab
I run the "Bench CPU" and "Stress CPU" and it looks like this.

It seems, on the "Stress CPU" test the CPU is locked on 20%, which looks like 4000 MHz / 800 MHz. Any ideas what the problem can be and how to increase my CPU power?

In bios i tried the following:
- increase CPU Ratio from Auto (8?) to 40
- increasing CPU core voltage from Auto (0.766 V) to 1.1 V
- turning on/off EIST (Enhanced Intel Speed Step Technologie)
- turning on/off Intel Turbo Boost
- turning in/off Enhanced Turbo
and some other things with no change at all.

The "Game Boost" stand on "0" and XMP is "On".

But i am a BIOS noob and don't know how to setup proper :(

Please anybody can help me.

Kindly
